Starck & Partner

Starck & Partner is an operative and advisory consulting partner in HR and organizational development as well as staffing, interim and recruitment. In connection with a merger with sister company Inköpsdesign, Starck & Partner needed to develop its website to clarify the offer and improve user-friendliness.

Challenge

Starck & Partner are operational and advisory consultants within HR and organizational development as well as staffing, interim and recruitment.

Starck & Partner needed to update and develop its website to clarify the offering and improve user experience. Starck & Partner also wanted to visually link its website with a number of other digital platforms that the company offer. When Starck & Partner merged with its sister company, Inköpsdesign, it also became natural to integrate Inköpsdesign’s offering on Starck & Partner’s new website.

Strategy

In order to ensure that the new website would meet Starck & Partners’ goals, in-depth interviews were conducted with the CEO and business area managers. The background gave us valuable insights that were used as a starting point in solid preliminary work with the website’s structure. We also conducted a competitive analysis of HR consulting websites to benchmark usability and communication clarity.

 

Graphically, we drew on the expression in Starck & Partners’ digital career development tool, Starck Online, to create a more modern feel that represents the company’s values to attract the right target group as well as to create a unified visual expression for the company’s external platforms. A recognizable and cohesive brand identity across tools and websites builds trust, particularly in the HR and staffing industry where credibility is crucial.

The ambition was also to improve UX through a responsive design, intuitive navigation and faster loading times. Users often arrive with a specific goal (e.g., hiring interim consultants, career development advice), clear navigation helps retain attention and lowers bounce rates.

One of the biggest challenges was to integrate the needs of the different business areas and at the same time create a uniform structure. Through workshops and feedback sessions, we were able to iteratively improve the design and content. In addition, we dealt with technical challenges integrating third-party systems, functionality and customized solutions such as calendar and search function.

The prototype was created using Figma.

The website was developed using Elementor for WordPress.
